Austin Power’s Mini-Me Verne Troyer’s Sex Tape Scandal!
Watch out now! Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian have nothing on Mini-me, Verne Troyer. TMZ has announced to the public that Mr. Verne has a sex tape shot with his former live-in girlfriend at their apartment. It is reported that a sly, sneaky third party has stolen the tape. According TMZ they heard that Kevin Blatt (the one who made the deal for Paris Hilton’s video) is entertaining a $100k offer from SugarDVD to distribute the home made porn.
But wait there’s more! As if that wasn’t good enough. Now Verne has filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit against TMZ.
The suit was filed today at the U.S. District Court in Downtown Los Angeles. Verne claims TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape. Along with violating his privacy rights and infringing on his copyright and trademark by running scenes of the sex tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He is also accusing TMZ of violating his right of misappropriated his name and likeness.
Verne says the tape was indeed stolen by some snake and ended up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, who is also named as one of the defendants on the law suit. In addition to the damages, Verne wants an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video. I can’t wait to see how this one ends!
