What ranking would a masonic lodge leader be considered?
Ere is a friend of the family who is a lodge leader at one of the towns masonic lodges. I was just curious, what would his ranking be? Is that high up? Thanks so much.
Answer: The head of a masonic lodge has the title worshipful master- this is from an old use of the word worshipful to mean honorable or respectable. It is still used that way in england- where we might address's a judge as "your honor" they say "your worship" it is top position, but only for the year or two he is elated to serve. After that he get st the honorary title of past master, but he is really back down at the same level as everyone else. It's just like being a club president.

How do I fold or store my masonic apron?

Answer: I think you should contact one of your fellow masons and ask how they folded their apron. As for storing it get an air tight bag and make a notation your calender to take it out and wash it or send it to the dry cleaners at approximately every six months in order to keep the apron fibers fresh. You don't want it to dry rot.
