Questions and Answers:

What to do with other cafe 125 amount mentioned on w-2 summary form?

W'S form has a line for gross pay, less other cafe 125 line, and reported w-2 wages. Can I deduct the cafe 125 amount if my employee did not include that amount in the reported w-2 wages line?

Answer: If your employer did not include that amount in your w-2 wages box, that means that it's already been deducted from that income. I don't think that you'd be allowed to deduct that twice. The w-2 summary form is just that -- a summary form for your information only. What does your w-2 indicate? That's what's important.

Answer: This is what wiped has to say (i copied just a bit) since the Th century, the coffeehouse (al-maqhah in Arabic, qhaveh-khaneh in Persian or Haven or urethane in turkish) has served as a social gathering place in middle eastern countries where men assemble to drink coffee or tea, listen to music, read books, play chess and backgammon, and perhaps hear a recitation from the works of an tar or from Shannah. In modern Egypt, turkey and Syria, coffeehouses attract many males to watch TV or play chess and have the "shisha". The traditional tale of the origins of Viennese coffeehouses begins with the mysterious sacks of green beans left behind when the Turks were defeated in the battle of Vienna in 1683. All the sacks of coffee were granted to the victorious polish king Jan iii sobers, who in turn gave them to one of his officers, Franciska jeez kulaks. Kulaks began the first coffeehouse in Vienna with the hoard. The story that kulaks founded europe's first coffeehouse has the ring of apocrypha to skeptics who find the story too pat and the date too late. It is rational to understand that he opened vienna's first coffeehouse, not europe's. Storyteller (meddah) at a coffeehouse in turkey in 1457 fist coffee house was opened in Istanbul, and in the Th century there were many coffee houses in Cairo and Istanbul. In the Th century coffeehouses opened for the first time in Europe outside the ottoman empire. Coffeehouses first became popular in Europe with the introduction of coffee in the Th century. The first Turkish coffeehouse in England was set up in oxford by one Jacob or Jacobs, a Turkish Jew, in 1650. The first coffeehouse in London was opened two years later in st. Michael's alley in corn hill. The proprietor was pas qua rose, the raglan servant of a trader in Turkish goods named Daniel Edwards, who imported the coffee and assisted rose in setting up the establishment [1]. Boston had its first in 1670, and Paris in 1671. The cafe Le pro cope [2], which was founded in Paris in 1686, is still in business. It was a major locus of the french enligthenment; Voltaire, Rousseau, and Diderot frequented it, and it is arguably the birthplace of the encyclopedia, the first... Http://en. Wiped. The CAFE Book: Engaging All Students in Daily Literary Assessment and Instruction
Price: $18.94
Author: Gail Boushey
Manufacturer: Stenhouse Publishers

All readers of any age need instruction and support that helps them become more independent and self-reflective in their work. – Gail Boushey and Joan Moser

In The CAFE Book, Gail Boushey and Joan Moser present a practical, simple way to integrate assessment into daily reading and classroom discussion. The CAFE system, based on research into the habits of proficient readers, is an acronym for Comprehension, Accuracy, Fluency, and Expanding vocabulary. The system includes goal-setting with students in individual conferences, posting of goals on a whole-class board, developing small-group instruction based on clusters of students with similar goals, and targeting whole-class instruction based on emerging student needs.

Gail and Joan developed the CAFE system to support teachers as they:
·         organize assessment data so it truly informs instruction;
·         track each child's strengths and goals, thereby maximizing time with him or her;
·         create flexible groups of students, all focused on a specific reading strategy; and
·         help students remember and retrieve the reading strategies they learned.

The CAFE system does not require expensive materials, complicated training, or complete changes to current classroom literacy approaches. Rather, it provides a structure for conferring with students, a language for talking about reading development, and a system for tracking growth and fostering student independence. The CAFE system’s built-in flexibility allows teachers to tailor the system to reflect the needs of their students and their state’s standards. And it’s a perfect complement to The Daily Five, “The Sisters” influential first book, which lays out a structure for keeping all students engaged in productive literacy work for every hour of every classroom day.

The design of coffee shops is increasingly on the move. Where cafs have traditionally been viewed as places principally to enjoy a coffee, they have evolved to show a broad range of multifunctional purposes and amenities: They can, for instance, exist as cozy lunch-time meeting spots before abruptly transforming into vibrant late-night bars after sundown. Caf! Best of Coffee Shop Design shows the wide scope of different caf concepts, including coffee bars as integral parts of cutting-edge multipurpose buildings, flagship stores and traditional shops with a contemporary twist. The 40 projects featured comprise an extensive variety of designs and styles, ranging from minimalist, strict and reduced, to opulent and extravagant.
