What basic services are provided by non-profit organizations?
#039;m trying to find out what basic services are provided by non-profit organizations. I know they all have their specific Field, but there is a structure of sorts that all non profits will go through. I'm looking for a list of basic (and some not so basic) services they render, as well as a list of information detailing what the organization does through out the year. IE, look for sponsors 20% of the time, give away money or services 30% of the time, etc. Best answer will go to the person who is descriptive, detailed, knowledgeable, and meets the requirements of the question. Answer: I am a volunteer co ordinate in a NF organization and the basic services we provide are looking after people we have a management committee who run the organization it is their job to look after finding funding and the basics our Field is public housing we are tenant run and tenant managed the treasurer looks for funding secretary does the paperwork and myself and other vols look after the community centre we have a constitution which is rules and guidelines that we operate by the committee has 4 general meets a yr and 1 annual general meet hope this helps in some small way

Mean how should one calculate the basic salary,da,hra and other relevant points? What are the amount of percentages? I mean to say what % OD basic will be DA,hra and otheres? What should be the calculation for the basic amount?
Answer: It depends and varies from company to company. If you are an employer, you need to pay as per industry standards to retain people in the organisation. Human resource is an extremely volatile resource, that needs to be preserved in the organisation. It is an asset, if taken care of is a worthy manner. Some points of consideration while deciding as salary structure: basic salary ( as per industry standards) da ( based on the city of residence. A metropolitan city employee may get higher DA then a non metro politician city employee. ) hra ( based on cost of living factor) pf ( once the statutory requirements of pf are met, pf contributions need to be equal from the employer and employee's end. Thus the employer needs to carefully plan the pf structure) moreover, when it comes to repayment, companies need to be ready with the requisite cash outflow. Other special allowances: driver's fees entertainment allowance leave travel allowances (these are extra incentives and given to personnel's with noteworthy contribution to the organisation. Employer needs to play a balance here, by retaining the best brain and not adversely exploiting the company's financial resources.

So I want to learn visual basic 2010 and was told to get visual basic studio to work with. Problem is I don't know which one as there does not seem to be any sort of beginners version but just ones like professional or premium its confusing. What are some basic inexpensive ways to make my home more beautiful?
, I am a terrible decorator. I have some nice paintings, but other than the paintings and my furniture I don't have a flare for making my space more pretty. I am in an apartment, so I can't paint the walls. My walls are cream and my carpet beige. I have a black couch and tan-colored marble topped kitchenette. So its basic. My paintings are kind of Victorian. Does anyone have any basic inexpensive ideas how to keep my home more beautiful? By the way, I don't want any plants or flowers, because of allergies and I think they bring bugs. Thanks.
Answer: Black sofa? ... Contemporary meets Victorian. Print black and white photos from your computer... You could even find some Victorian photos to convert into black and white. The Internet is a wonderful source of artwork. Mount pictures in black frames and arrange over your sofa. Arrange frames over the sofa but do not line everything up. Scatter frames within a defined space... Such as the length of your sofa. Go to the dollar store for you frames... Paint them black if necessary. I have done this to my studio and it looks stunning... Get a black vase and put a splash of color... Red, turquoise... What ever your favorite color is.
