#039;ve gotten a call from a 877 area code twice in one day and I was thinking maybe it was from a jail or prison. Does anyone know?
Answer: 877 is a toll-free number. It's an alternative to 800 numbers so it could be from anywhere

Equinox indicates a 877 credit score how is this possible?
Recently inquired of my credit score using a 3 bureau estimate using equinox service and the result was 877. I researched credit scores on line and 850 is supposed to be the max. For FICA. How is that possible. Now I've had credit for some 35 years and have never been late on any payment ever. But still how could it be over 850? Anyone know how that works? Thanks.
Answer: All 3 bureaus will sell a vantage score which goes from 501-990. The score you got was an equinox vantage score which will differ from your vantage score from the other 2. Just so you know, these scores are useless, as lenders don't use them. If you want to see your FICA scores from the 3 bureaus, which are the ones lenders use; go to WNW. Medico. Com and purchase your individual scores from trans union and equifax( note: expiring has dropped their partnership with FICA, so you will no longer be able to see your expiring FICA score at all) they will charge you around 15 bx a piece for the score and report. Its worth it to do at least once a year to see where you stand
What's the difference between 1-800, 1-877, and 1-888 phone numbers?
Know they are toll free, but why 3 different numbers?
Answer: I think it is for different regions from where the company started or they wanted to have a phone number, but it was taken and they had to use 1-800, 1-877, or 1-888 to get the phone number.
How do I setup an ftp server on my disco 877 router?
T matter of simply forwarding ports 20 and 21, the client connects with a random port. My server is not in a DMZ, and the firewall is enabled.
Answer: Ftp works by someone requesting on port 21 and getting a response on port 20 cisco routers have an automatic feature called ftp inspection (inspetcion works on more than just ftp but imp smut etc) which will allow response packets from a valid ftp session on 21 to pass back out to the Internet. Without this you need to make sure 21 is allowed in and 20 allowed out. Set up an IPA Nat for 21 to your internal IPA address's and configure inspection policies on your external interface. This can be done easily from the Adm web GUI on the router (whichh may or may not be loaded)
